Rolling out Copilot gives everyone the button, not the know-how to use it on the client email, the board paper or the spreadsheet they open every morning. Licences only pay for themselves when people use them on that work.
We start by asking what your team works on, then build every exercise from those tasks. People leave having already done real work with AI, which is what keeps them using it once they're back at their desks.
Choose the format that fits your diary
Getting a whole team together is the hardest part of any training day, so you pick the format. We come to your office in the City, Canary Wharf, the West End or any London borough, run the day at a venue you book or deliver it live online, with the same hands-on exercises in each.
Every session is capped at 12, so everyone practises and nobody watches from the back. Bigger teams book more sessions, and a short series gives people time to try things on live work between them.
Start with the right tool
Teams already paying for Copilot start with Microsoft Copilot for Business, which works through Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams. Teams earlier on take AI for Business, a practical start with ChatGPT, and our Claude training covers teams on Anthropic's tools.
Whichever you choose, the session covers the habits that matter as much as prompts: checking what the tool gives you, and knowing which client and personal data never goes into it.
