Turn ChatGPT into time saved

Giving staff a ChatGPT login doesn't make them good at it. The quality of every answer depends on the question, and asking well is a skill people learn.

We fix that with practice on their own work. Your team learns prompting that gets accurate, useful results, then applies it to the jobs they do every week: drafting emails, summarising long documents, researching a topic, writing content and planning. Everyone leaves with prompts and workflows they can use the next morning, and an action plan for what to try first.

Know what stays out of the chat box

The account your team uses matters. OpenAI says that by default it does not use data from ChatGPT Business, ChatGPT Enterprise or ChatGPT Edu for training or improving its models. ChatGPT's Data controls also include a setting called "Improve the model for everyone", and when it's off, new conversations won't be used to train OpenAI's models.

We start from the plan you pay for and any AI policy you have, then make the lines clear: which account to use, what never gets pasted in, and how to check every answer before it reaches a customer. No policy yet? Our AI for Business session suits organisations writing their first one.

Every AI tool your team uses

Training one tool leaves gaps when your team works with several. If your business runs on Microsoft 365 with Copilot licences, your people need to know which job goes where.

So we train on the tools your business has approved: ChatGPT on its own, or alongside Microsoft Copilot, Claude and others. Licensed for Copilot across Microsoft 365? Microsoft Copilot for Business goes deep on Copilot in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams.

Hands-on training, one fixed price

People who attend our workshops rate them 5/5. Accuracy, privacy and human sign-off run through every exercise, and we're a signatory to the Responsible AI Use Campaign's 10 principles. Each session takes up to 12 people at your premises anywhere in the UK, at a venue or live online, over a half day, a full day or several sessions.

Training one or two people instead? The open AI for Business one-day course is booked per person. For a team, tell us your group size, your ChatGPT plan and any rules you follow, and we'll come back with a plan for the session and its fixed price.

Questions

Good to know.

It depends on your plan and settings. OpenAI says it does not use data from ChatGPT Business, Enterprise or Edu for training by default, and when the "Improve the model for everyone" setting is off, new conversations won't be used to train its models. We cover both in the session.
