That's where AI earns its keep. Your people practise handing the first draft, the summary and the spreadsheet formula to Copilot, ChatGPT or Claude, then checking and finishing the work themselves. They go back to their desks with that week's real jobs moved on and prompts they'll use again.
Keep customer drawings and prices safe
Engineering and manufacturing firms hold customer drawings, specifications and pricing that must never go into an unapproved tool. Your staff need to know exactly which tool is approved for which job, and what stays out of all of them.
We start from the tools you've licensed and the conditions your customers set, and build them into every exercise. Where live files are off limits, we write mock versions of your documents to practise on. Everything we teach follows the Responsible AI Use Campaign's 10 principles, which we've signed.
Train each team on its own work
An estimator, a buyer and a quality manager hand AI very different jobs. Sit them through the same generic demo and nobody gets what they came for.
So each group's exercises come from the work its people do: Copilot in Excel for production and finance figures, first drafts of tender answers for sales, summaries of long specifications for quality. Teams on Microsoft 365 can take Microsoft Copilot for Business across Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams, and newer users can start with AI for Business.
On your site, at a price you agree first
Taking people off the floor or away from customers costs you, so you choose the format: a half day, a full day or a short series. We come to your premises in Sheffield, Rotherham, Barnsley, Doncaster or anywhere else in the UK, use a venue you pick or run it live online.
