Set Claude up once, use it all week
Anthropic describes Projects as "self-contained workspaces with their own chat histories and knowledge bases". Each one holds the documents and instructions you add, so every chat inside it starts with your products, your tone and your templates to hand. Without that set-up, people paste the same background into chat after chat.
In the session we build Projects for your team's repeat jobs, such as proposals, reports or client replies, and everyone practises on their own work. On Team and Enterprise plans, Projects can be shared with other members of your organisation, so one good set-up serves the whole department.
Know what your plan protects
The plan your team uses decides what happens to its chats. Anthropic lists "No model training on your content by default" for its Team plan, while people on Free, Pro and Max choose in their privacy settings whether their chats can be used to improve Claude.
Before the day, we find out which Claude plan you're on and what your AI policy allows. The session turns that into habits: the work account to use, the details that stay out of every chat and a quick check on each answer before anyone acts on it. Writing your first policy? AI for Business covers responsible AI and ends with an action plan for adopting it.
Claude alongside Copilot and ChatGPT
If your business also pays for Microsoft Copilot or ChatGPT, your people need to know which tool does which job, or the licences go to waste.
We train on the tools you've approved, side by side, and show where Claude fits. Its Google Workspace connectors let Claude search and read Gmail, view your calendar and find files in Google Drive, and on Team and Enterprise plans an Owner or Primary Owner switches them on for the organisation first. We show your team how to use the ones you've enabled. Does your team run Copilot too? Microsoft Copilot for Business is a dedicated session on Copilot across Microsoft 365.
