Train the teams who answer to a policy
Public administration and defence accounts for 11.5% of employee jobs in Cardiff, against 4.9% across Great Britain, and financial and insurance services for 7.9%, against 3.4%, according to ONS figures for 2024. If your team works to an AI policy, its training has to follow that policy.
We start with your rules: the tools you've approved, what can and can't be shared, and who signs off the output. Every exercise follows them, and where live documents are off limits, we work with sample documents you provide.

In December 2024, Wales' Workforce Partnership Council shared new guidance on the ethical and responsible use of AI across public sector workplaces. The Welsh Government's announcement says its approach ensures AI adoption in public services is "transparent and underpinned by human oversight".

We train on the tools you use, with your own tasks. Teams new to AI, or writing their first AI policy, can start with AI for Business, which covers accuracy, privacy, bias and keeping people in the loop. Teams on Microsoft 365 can go further with Microsoft Copilot for Business.
