Step 1 of 5 · Industry

What industry are you in?

We tailor the design, copy and features to your market.

Show them you can sign it off

In England, Part P of the Building Regulations makes some electrical work notifiable, including a new circuit or a replacement consumer unit. An electrician registered with a competent person scheme can self-certify that work, and the occupier receives a Building Regulations compliance certificate.

That's a solid reason to pick you, so your website says it plainly. If you're registered, we name your scheme on every service page and next to your enquiry button, and explain in one line that the certification is handled. Customers know the paperwork is sorted before they ring.

Be the electrician landlords call back

Under the Electrical Safety Standards regulations, landlords in England must have the electrical installations in their rented properties inspected and tested by a qualified person at least every 5 years. That's repeat work, and one landlord or letting agent can bring you a whole portfolio of properties.

We give it its own page. It sets out what you inspect and test, how you report and how you handle more than one property, with a form that asks for the number of properties and their postcodes. Agents see you're set up for them before they pick up the phone.

Sell the big jobs before the visit

A rewire, a consumer unit upgrade or an EV charger install is a planned spend, and the customer wants to understand it before they invite anyone round. Answer their questions early and you arrive as the expert, not just another quote.

We write a page for each of those jobs: what's involved, how long it takes, the disruption to expect and the certificate they get at the end. Each page ends with a quote form that asks for the job, the property and the postcode, so you can price it properly.

Agency quality, sole-trader price

Expect £10,000 to £20,000 from a traditional agency for a bespoke site with a quote form on every service page. We use AI throughout research, writing, design and build, and our team reviews every page, so you pay a sole trader's budget for an agency-standard site.

A bespoke lead generation site with up to 20 pages, enough for every job type and town you cover, is £4,500 + VAT. Running ads as well? Our Google Ads for electricians send each search to the matching page. Want an exact figure? Two minutes in our instant price tool gets you one.
