Close the skills gap first
INSEE's survey of companies with 10 or more employees, published on 21 July 2026, found that 18% of companies in France used at least one AI technology in 2025, three times the 2023 rate. Among companies using no AI, 54% cited a lack of expertise, and 53% of the companies already using it said a lack of expertise held them back.
Expertise comes from practice on real work. Before your session we learn about your team, the tools you use and what you want to achieve, then build the exercises around the reports, quotes, emails and meeting notes that fill their week. Your people leave with that work done in Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude or your other approved tools, and prompts they can use again.
Keep pace with the companies you sell to
The same INSEE study puts AI use at 15% of companies with 10 to 49 employees, 31% of those with 50 to 249 and 58% of those with 250 or more. Sell to large companies, and more than half of them were already using AI in 2025.
Your team needs to work at that pace too. One private group trains up to 12 people together on the tools your business pays for, so everyone leaves with the same methods and the same rules. For a larger team, we run several sessions.
Cover Article 4 with hands-on training
Under Article 4 of the EU AI Act, providers and deployers of AI systems must take measures to support the AI literacy of their staff. That duty is still there in the EUR-Lex consolidated text of 27 July 2026, which includes the Digital Omnibus on AI amendments, and the European Commission's AI literacy Q&A says organisations can keep an internal record of their trainings.
We build each session on the tools your staff use and the jobs they use them for, so the training matches how your business works with AI. Keep the date, the attendees and what each group covered with your own records. This is general information, not legal advice.
Put the CNIL's advice into practice
In its questions and answers on generative AI, published on 18 July 2024, the CNIL recommends training users appropriately, telling them never to share confidential information such as personal data, and setting the rules in internal policies or charters. It adds that users should always take a critical view of what the tool produces.
Share your AI charter, or the rules you want in one, and we shape the exercises around it. Your staff practise getting the job done without client names or personal details in the prompt, and checking every answer for accuracy before they use it. Every session follows the Responsible AI Use Campaign's 10 principles, which we've signed, and attendees rate our workshops 5/5.
