Fix the where-do-we-start problem

Research by The Research Agency for MBIE, surveying 500 small to medium businesses in April 2025, found 94% of SMEs were aware of at least one AI tool. It named "Lack of knowledge, uncertainty about where to start, and concerns about risks" as factors contributing to slower adoption.

Awareness isn't the gap, so we skip the introductions. Before the session, your team lists the jobs that fill their week: quotes, reports, rosters and customer replies. We then work through those jobs one at a time in the tools you use, and people return to their desks with real work finished.

Put the national strategy to work at your desks

New Zealand's Strategy for Artificial Intelligence: Investing with confidence, published by MBIE in July 2025, says it "deliberately emphasises AI adoption and application rather than foundational AI development". The focus is on businesses putting AI to use.

Use happens one person and one task at a time. A private group of up to 12 gets your team practising on the same tools under the same rules, so good habits spread across the business instead of sitting with one enthusiast. A bigger team runs several groups from one shared plan.

Run every prompt past the Privacy Act

The Office of the Privacy Commissioner's guidance from September 2023 says: "Our starting point is that the Privacy Act applies to everyone using AI tools in New Zealand." It adds that you must keep personal information secure, including prompts and training data, under IPP5, and recommends a Privacy Impact Assessment before you start.

Bring your policy and any assessment you've done, and we build the exercises inside them. Your staff practise taking names and personal details out of a prompt, and checking the answer against the source before it's used. The Responsible AI Use Campaign's 10 principles, which we've signed, sit behind every session. This is general information, not legal advice.

Train in your working day

Every New Zealand session runs live online and is booked inside your working hours, so nobody joins late at night or travels to a venue. Whether your people sit in one office or several, they join from their own desks.

Attendees rate our workshops 5/5. Give us your headcount, the AI tools you use and the jobs you want them to speed up. A session plan and one fixed price for each group follow.
