Build real skills, not certificates

The European Commission says Article 4 of the EU AI Act, on AI literacy, entered into application on 2 February 2025, and its AI literacy Q&A adds: "There is no need for a certificate." In the EUR-Lex consolidated text of 27 July 2026, which includes the Digital Omnibus on AI amendments, Article 4 states that the obligation "does not require providers or deployers to guarantee any specific level of AI literacy of any individual".

What counts is the skill that shows up in the work. Before each session we find out how your people use AI now and which tools they have, then build the exercises from their real tasks. Keep a note of who attended and what each group covered, because the Commission says organisations can keep an internal record of their trainings.

Close the experience gap

Preliminary CBS figures published in March 2026 show that 13.8% of Dutch micro businesses used AI technology in 2025, up from 6.8% in 2023. Among micro businesses that considered AI in 2025 and decided against it, lack of experience was by far the main reason, at 71.6%, and privacy also played a part.

A hands-on session gives your team that experience. Each person works through their own quotes, emails, reports and planning in the tools you pay for, and leaves with the work done and prompts saved for next time. A small business can put its whole team through one group of up to 12.

Bring the doubters with you

CBS reported in February 2026 that 41% of people in paid employment think part of their job could be done by AI, and a further 4% expect AI to take it over completely. Among the workers who think AI could do their job, 8% were very concerned and 40% somewhat concerned.

Worry doesn't build skills, so we make the tools concrete. Your staff see where AI speeds up their work, where their own judgement has to decide, and how to test an answer before it goes to a customer. We've signed the Responsible AI Use Campaign's 10 principles, and every session follows them.

Train inside your own rules

An AI policy only protects you if your staff know how to apply it at their desks. Rules on paper don't stop a customer's details going into a prompt.

Send us your AI policy and your approved tools, and every exercise runs inside them, including what must never go into a prompt. Book a half day, a full day or a short series, online or in person. Workshop attendees rate us 5/5, and your fixed price per group is agreed before anything is booked.
