Give your staff the AI skills the EU expects
Article 4 of the EU AI Act, as amended by the Digital Omnibus on AI, says providers and deployers of AI systems "shall take measures to support the development of AI literacy of their staff". It also says those measures should take into account people's technical knowledge, experience, education and training, and the context the AI is used in.
That's what a good session does. We start from what your people already know and the tools they open every day, then build their skills on real tasks. Before you book, you get a session plan for each group, so you can see exactly what your team will cover.
Start with the admin that eats your week
The CSO found that 20.2% of enterprises in Ireland used AI in 2025, up from 8.1% in 2023. Large enterprises led at 57.7%, against 28.6% of medium and 17.2% of small enterprises, and business administrative processes were the most common purpose firms used it for.
You don't need an AI department to close that gap. We put up to 12 of your people through hands-on exercises on their own admin, reports and customer emails, so they go back to their desks with prompts already working on the jobs they do every week. Bigger teams book more groups, each on the same plan.
Know what never goes into the tool
The Data Protection Commission's guidance on AI and large language models tells organisations to understand how personal data put into an AI product is protected, including "whether it is retained by the provider of the AI product or re-used in any way".
We train inside your rules. Share your approved tools and any AI policy, and every exercise shows people what can go into a prompt, what must stay out and how to check an answer before anyone relies on it. We've signed the Responsible AI Use Campaign's 10 principles, and they run through everything we teach.
Train on the same clock
