Train the talent the strategy asks for
The UAE Cabinet adopted the National Artificial Intelligence Strategy 2031 in April 2019, with eight strategic objectives. One is to attract and train talent for future jobs enabled by AI, and another is to adopt AI across customer services to improve lives and government.
You don't have to hire that talent. We train the people you already employ, on the tools you already pay for, using the emails, reports and proposals they handle every week. By the end of the session that work is drafted, and each person has a set of prompts saved for the next round.
Put your data rules first
The UAE Government portal, updated in December 2025, says the provisions of Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 apply to the processing of personal data "whether in full or part through electronic systems". The law prohibits processing personal data without the owner's consent, except for some cases, and the DIFC has its own Data Protection Law, DIFC Law No 5 of 2020.
Send us your AI policy and your list of approved tools before we plan anything. We build each exercise so the task gets done with customer details left out, and staff practise checking the AI's draft line by line before it reaches anyone. Get more from Copilot in both languages
Microsoft lists Arabic among the languages supported for Copilot prompts and responses on work or school accounts, alongside English. A team that writes to customers in both languages can use one tool for both.
We teach the habits that carry across languages: a clear brief, the right context and a careful check before anything is sent. Your staff practise them on their own documents in Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude or whichever tools you license.
