Close the skills gap that stalls AI
Statistics Sweden's survey of companies with 10 or more employees, published in November 2025, asked firms that had considered AI what held them back. Lack of expertise came top at 74.7%, up from 71.9% in 2024, ahead of data protection and privacy concerns at 49.1%.
Expertise is the barrier training goes straight at. Up to 12 of your people practise in the tools you already license, on the reports, emails and proposals from their own week. They leave with that work finished and their prompts saved for next time.
Catch up with the big firms
Statistics Sweden's figures published in May 2026 show 72% of large companies, with 250 or more employees, used AI in 2025, against 31% of small companies. That year, 18% of people aged 16 and over had used generative AI tools in their work.
You don't need an AI department to close that gap. You need people who use the tools you already pay for well, and to the same standard. A private group trains your team together under your rules, and a larger team books several groups on one plan.
Write the rules, then train inside them
IMY's guidance on GDPR and generative AI, published in February 2025 and written with the public sector in mind, says an organisation planning to use generative AI should develop and implement a policy and train the employees who will use it. It also says users should review and check the answers they get, and that employers should make clear free consumer AI services aren't to be used at work without approval and a data processing agreement that meets GDPR.
Send us your AI policy and approved tools before we plan anything. Staff practise stripping personal details from a prompt, picking the right licensed tool for each task and checking every answer against the original document. We've signed the Responsible AI Use Campaign's 10 principles, and they shape every session. This is general information, not legal advice.
Build AI literacy you can show
Article 4 of the EU AI Act on AI literacy has applied since 2 February 2025, and Regulation (EU) 2026/1744 of 8 July 2026 rewrote it: providers and deployers of AI systems now have to take measures to support the development of their staff's AI literacy. The European Commission's AI literacy Q&A says no certificate is required and organisations can keep internal records of their training.
Before you book, you get a clear proposal setting out what each group covers, ready to keep on file with your training records. Attendees rate our workshops 5/5. Tell us your headcount, your tools and whether you want us online or in the room, and your fixed group price comes back with the plan.

Good to know.
Yes. We train Swedish teams live online or in person, in private groups of up to 12, on Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude and your other approved tools.
Not training as such. Article 4, rewritten in July 2026, says businesses that deploy AI systems have to take steps to build AI literacy among their people, with no certificate needed according to the European Commission. This is general information, not legal advice.
Not according to IMY. Its 2025 guidance, written for the public sector, says employers should make clear that free consumer AI services aren't used at work without approval and a data processing agreement that meets GDPR. We train your team on the accounts you've approved.
