Start with the people who'll spread it
In our experience, rolling AI out to a whole organisation in one go rarely sticks. A few people take to it, most don't, and six months later nobody can say what changed. A better first step is a pilot group: up to 12 people from different teams who get properly trained, use it on real work for a few weeks and then become the colleagues everyone else asks.
We design that first session around your licences, your policies and the tasks your pilot group does every week, so you get a clear picture of who should train next.
What your first group learns
In a half day or a full day, the group works through prompts that get usable first drafts, summaries of long documents and email threads, help with Excel and, if you use Copilot, meeting recaps in Teams. Just as much time goes on checking outputs and knowing what should never go into a tool.
We finish by having each person pick two or three tasks to hand to AI the following week. When you come to decide on a wider rollout, you'll have their experience to go on rather than a sales demo.
Across the city and the west
We deliver on site anywhere in Glasgow, from offices in the city centre to sites out in Paisley or Cumbernauld, or at a venue you book. Live online sessions suit hybrid teams, so colleagues at home get the same hands-on time. Once the pilot has shown what works, bigger organisations book more sessions of up to 12 for everyone else.

For Business Gateway Edinburgh, commissioned by Elevator, we delivered a six-week Digital Transformation Programme and the eight-week EMPOWER: Digital. On the six-week programme, 12 participants applied AI tools such as ChatGPT to marketing campaigns, content creation and website development, with average weekly attendance of 9.3.
